The entire architectural concept is built around a certain quality of life: considered design, natural surroundings, and the kind of quiet that only comes from being outside a city without feeling removed from it. Gorna Banya provides exactly that context, a hillside neighbourhood on the edge of Sofia where the landscape is as much a part of the brief as the building itself.

The visualization had to honor that intent. There was no value in renders that focused purely on the structure without the setting, the relationship between the building and its natural environment was the story. Every exterior frame was composed to show the complex in dialogue with the hills and greenery around it.
