(Overview)
The name The 24 carries an implied promise, a certain standard of living, available around the clock. That promise had to be visible in every frame of the visualization, not just stated in the marketing copy.
What made this project interesting from a visualization standpoint was the combination of formats. Renders, video, and an interactive web viewer each serve a different buyer at a different stage of their decision. The renders make the first impression. The walkthrough builds desire. The web viewer is where a buyer who's already interested goes to explore on their own terms, moving through the space at their own pace, looking at what matters to them.
Designing across all three formats for the same project means maintaining visual consistency while serving three completely different moments in the buyer journey. The light, the material palette, the atmosphere, all of it had to read the same way whether someone was looking at a still image, watching a video, or navigating a live 3D environment.
