Renders and video handled marketing, the web tour let buyers explore remotely on any device, and VR put them inside the homes at true scale at the sales office. The heavy landscaping made the green spaces as much a selling point as the homes, and the depth of amenities gave buyers a clear picture of daily life at Oryza.
