(Overview)
The Amaryllis is not a project that needed to be explained, it needed to be experienced. Five towers. A one-kilometre Skywalk at the 20th floor with views across Connaught Place, Red Fort, and Rashtrapati Bhawan. Apartments customizable down to the layout. A clubhouse, a spa, a rooftop pool, and a lifestyle offering that rivals the best residential addresses in the world. The scale of the vision was the brief.
VR was the natural choice for a project of this ambition. A render can show a room. A video walkthrough can show a sequence. But only an immersive VR experience can put a buyer at the 20th floor Skywalk, looking out across Delhi's skyline from a vantage point that most people will never stand at in their lifetime, and make them feel what it would mean to live there. That feeling is what closes a sale at this level.
The renders were built to match the architectural quality of the project itself. Designed by world-class firms including Benoy from the UK and UHA London, The Amaryllis demanded visualization that could hold its own alongside that pedigree. Every frame was composed to communicate not just the scale of the development but the considered quality of everything within it, the materials, the light, the way the towers relate to the city around them.
